We begin with careful paddy evaluation, selecting only material that meets defined quality benchmarks. Paddy sourced from Jharkhand is widely recognised for its superior grain quality and desirable length, often considered richer in characteristics when compared with neighbouring regions such as Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and Chhattisgarh. This early attention to sourcing and selection helps us maintain grain strength, visual appeal, and stability throughout the process. From there, the paddy moves through cleaning, soaking, steaming, drying, milling, and polishing, with each stage managed under controlled conditions to ensure balance, precision, and uniformity.
We do not rush the process. Instead, we monitor it continuously, making sure grain finish, moisture levels, and overall performance remain consistent across batches. When adjustments are needed, they are made thoughtfully, not reactively.
