Shubham Gopalka

Shubham Gopalka brings a balanced mix of corporate exposure and an entrepreneurial mindset to Sharvi Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pune and began his career with Kotak Bank as a Credit Manager in the Personal Loans division, where he gained experience in credit assessment, risk evaluation, and structured financial processes.
Coming from a business-oriented family, he developed a strong inclination toward entrepreneurship early on. After his corporate stint, he returned to his hometown to explore business opportunities and entered the rice manufacturing sector, building his presence through consistent market engagement. 

In addition to his role at Sharvi Agro Mills, he is actively involved in agro-based trading through Eastern Agro Products, catering to ethanol plants, distilleries, and animal feed manufacturers.

At Sharvi Agro Mills, he leads the sales function and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence across Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Odisha. His strong understanding of regional markets has contributed to establishing the “Sharvi” brand as a name associated with quality and reliability.

He believes that strong relationships with customers and employees are essential for long-term success. For him, customer satisfaction, trust, and an integrated understanding of trade, finance, and marketing are key to sustaining growth and navigating business challenges.
