Kunal Kedia

Kunal Kedia brings entrepreneurial energy and procurement discipline to Sharvi Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd. A B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Bhawanipur College, Kolkata, he pursued Chartered Accountancy up to the Intermediate level before joining the family business full-time.

At a young age, he co-founded Ranchi’s first modern bar and lounge, Urban Brava, demonstrating strong business initiative and execution capability.

He also played a key role in sales and marketing operations for the family’s AAC blocks manufacturing venture, Fast Build Blocks Pvt. Ltd. While the business is no longer owned by the family, the experience provided him with valuable exposure to manufacturing operations, market positioning, and channel-driven sales execution.

He is currently responsible for managing non-trade sales for Dalmia Cement, further strengthening his understanding of structured distribution and market systems.

At Sharvi Agro Mills, he heads procurement and purchase operations, managing the complete paddy sourcing and buying process. His strong market understanding ensures stable raw material quality and disciplined sourcing standards. He believes that people build companies, and when teams are valued and motivated, performance naturally improves. For him, strong quality control remains the foundation of reputation and long-term success.
